What we store

When you use Sarok Invite, we store:

• Account. The email or phone number you sign in with, and the name you give yourself.
• Events. The title, description, date, location, capacity, and any image you upload.
• RSVPs. The name your guest types and whether they're attending.
• Custom answers. If your event has questions, we store the replies.

How we use your data

Only to provide the service: showing your events, sending you sign-in codes, and listing who replied. We don't sell, rent, or share your data for marketing. We don't run third-party trackers or analytics. There are no ads.

Where it lives

Servers in Europe. Built and operated from Sweden.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Delete your account in Settings and everything tied to it goes with it — events, RSVPs, custom answers.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email support@sarok.se and we'll handle it.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. A separate cookie remembers your RSVP on a guest's device so they can come back and update it. No third-party tracking cookies.

Security

We use industry-standard hashing for any secrets, encrypted database connections, and we patch our dependencies on a regular cadence.
